Job Summary
On Call Event Services Technician in Louisville, KY, supporting setup, strike, and operation of audio-visual equipment in hotel/hospitality settings. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service, clear client communication, and accurate handling of client information and invoices. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing operating instructions for equipment, coordinating with clients for event success, maintaining inventory and equipment condition, ensuring security and safety, following Company SOPs, processing invoices with client signatures, and pursuing ongoing technical skill development in audio, video/data, staging, and networking.
Required Qualifications

- Prior exposure to audio-visual and/or hospitality industry
