Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity, control access points, and manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Identify and report suspicious activity, respond to alarms and emergencies, and monitor CCTV cameras while completing daily activity logs and incident reports. Inspect property for safety risks, support loss prevention, and greet customers, employees, and visitors with a visible, approachable presence. Follow all post orders, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols to maintain a secure environment at Towne East Square in Wichita, KS.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
