Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and maintain fixed posts to monitor activity, control access points, and manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents while identifying and reporting suspicious activity or safety concerns. Monitor CCTV cameras, complete daily activity logs and incident reports, and inspect property for hazards such as fire risks. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally while maintaining a visible presence. Follow all post orders, safety procedures, and emergency protocols to support loss prevention and recommend improvements. This role is based at Towne East Square in Wichita, KS, with flexible on-call scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
