Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas, monitor CCTV cameras, and control access points to ensure a safe environment for customers, employees, and vendors. Identify and report suspicious activity, respond to alarms and emergencies, and complete daily activity logs and incident reports. Greet and assist visitors while inspecting property for safety risks and following all post orders and emergency protocols. This role supports loss prevention and recommends safety improvements at Towne East Square in Wichita, KS.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
