On-Call Flex Retail Security Officer

Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity while controlling access points and managing pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns, and respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents. Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems, then complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation. Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures, including emergency response protocols and property inspections for hazards. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
