On-Call Flex Retail Security Officer

Conduct security patrols and maintain fixed posts to monitor activity, control access points, and manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents while identifying and reporting suspicious activity or safety concerns. Monitor CCTV cameras, complete daily activity logs and incident reports, and inspect property for hazards such as fire risks. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally, providing directions and maintaining a visible, approachable presence.
