Job Summary
Conduct desktop installs, upgrades, and network break-fix support for tickets ranging from VPN assistance to vendor escorts. Perform Layer 1 networking tasks including cabling, rack dismantling, and patch panel management while maintaining strong customer service standards. Work on-site in Boston during normal business hours, with flexibility for nights and weekends on an as-needed basis. Minimum four-hour paid blocks apply to short engagements, with no set weekly hour requirement. Junior candidates welcome; bring a multi-tool kit and relevant certifications.
