Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services, respond to guest requests and emergencies, and maintain organized front desk records. Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. This daytime shift role at the Hope Lodge facility in Nashville involves fewer than 20 hours per week with hours assigned based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field
