Job Summary
Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures while providing information about lodge amenities and community resources. Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services, respond to guest requests and emergencies, and maintain an organized front desk with accurate records. Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols. This on-call, as-needed position requires daytime, evening, and weekend shift coverage to assist with vacation coverage, call-offs, and lodge operational needs. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on facility needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended periods of standing and walking
- Occasional lifting and moving of luggage, packages, or other items
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field
