On-Call Client Service Representative (CSR)

Answer and manage multi-line phone calls, including appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and urgent care triage. Coordinate wellness, sick, surgical, boarding, and follow-up appointments while checking patients in and out, collecting medical histories, and communicating discharge instructions. Process payments, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate invoicing within the hospital management system. Maintain complete and accurate client and patient records while educating clients on hospital services, preventive care, and clinic policies. Serve as a liaison between clients and the medical team to ensure clear, timely communication. Support a clean, organized, and professional reception environment while collaborating with veterinarians and technicians to deliver outstanding patient care. This flexible, as-needed role provides coverage for vacations, sick days, and other staffing needs for a family-oriented veterinary practice.
