Job Summary
Per Diem On Call Case Manager for the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) program in Jersey City, NJ. Serves as the second person on a two-person team responding to after-hours dispatches, supports the first on-call staff, and provides crisis de-escalation/intervention and safety planning to families and children. Service engagements range from 72 hours up to 8 weeks, with responses required within 1 hour of referrals. The program operates 24/7/365.
