Job Summary
Join our interdisciplinary clinical team as an on-call Case Manager. Responsibilities include assisting clients with treatment goals, completing assessments and service plans, and coordinating care with various providers. Ideal candidates would possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred. A bachelor's degree in behavioral health is required, along with relevant experience. New graduates are welcome to apply. Must hold a valid Arizona driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience
- An associates degree in the field of medical or behavioral
- A bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience
- A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral
- A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
- Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
- Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
