On Call Caregiver

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and meal preparation according to individual service plans. Administer medications after training, update resident records, and report changes in physical or emotional condition to supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing deep cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and garbage collection. Prepare and serve meals, assist with daily activities, and collect garbage from resident rooms each shift. Report safety issues immediately and remove incontinent supplies as needed. This role requires valid CPR, First Aid, and Food Handlers cards, with pre-service training provided during onboarding. Full-time employment offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits.
