Job Summary
On-Call Caregiver at PC Home Health provides personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities to clients on selected on-call days (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). Responsibilities include filling in for last-minute callouts to ensure continuity of client care, using mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts, documenting client care, and communicating with clients, families, and the office team. Compensation includes $75/day on-call pay when available and $10/hour for hours worked, with flexible scheduling (Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday).
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience required
- Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility equipment
- Must be dependable and committed to on-call responsibilities
