Job Summary

Coordinate direct resident care and environmental maintenance as needed, managing activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, feeding, and mobility under the Licensed Nurse's direction. Maintain accurate electronic records of all provided or omitted ADLs and ensure the facility remains clean and safe. Communicate with outside providers and the multidisciplinary team to support care coordination across shifts. This non-management role requires passing a DHS background check, a high school diploma, and one year of home care experience, with First Aid, CPR, and food handler certifications required within 30 days. The position offers a starting pay of $23.17 at Our House Residential Care Facility.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to pass DHS background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of experience providing home care/caregiving or satisfactory completion of onsite training at Our House
  • Frist Aid certification
  • CPR certification
  • Food handlers certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Motivation to work with persons with HIV/AIDS who require all levels of care
