Provide seamless care experiences for clients by stepping in as a backup caregiver when other staff are unavailable. Respond quickly to changes and unexpected situations to ensure clients receive the highest level of service. Maintain flexibility and excellent caregiving skills to support our team during coverage gaps. This role requires full availability to cover shifts as needed.
