Job Summary
Conduct daily living support in group homes, including meal preparation, supply procurement, home maintenance, and grounds supervision. Provide structure and supervision for client safety and wellbeing while performing crisis intervention. Assist clients with daily living problems, monitor for substance use relapse, and report suspected behaviors to clinical staff. Monitor client medications, distribute prescribed drugs, and complete required paperwork per Many Rivers policy. Coordinate socialization and recreational activities, and assist transporting clients to Day Treatment Monday through Friday. Maintain HIPAA compliance with Substance Use Disorder regulations. Work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or GED
- Valid MT driver's license
- Current vehicle insurance
- Must be in recovery for two years, without incarceration, hospitalization, or inpatient admission exceeding 72 hours in the last two years
- Some knowledge and experience of mental illness and/or substance use treatment and its impact on consumer/survivors and their families
- Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- HIPAA compliance with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) 42 CFR
- Must complete and pass the medication training test within initial hiring probation period
