Job Summary
Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents in a residential treatment setting. Lead daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming while supporting healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation. Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits to maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment. Collaborate with therapists to support individualized treatment plans, document daily progress notes, and use verbal de-escalation or physical intervention skills when needed. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and a commitment of at least 8 months.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit before the first day of work
