Job Summary
Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents in a residential treatment setting. Lead daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming while supporting the development of healthy coping skills and emotional regulation. Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits to maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment. Collaborate with clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans and document daily progress notes. Use safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention skills when needed. This role requires a minimum 8-month commitment and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit before the first day of work
