Job Summary
Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents in a residential treatment setting. Lead daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming while supporting healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation. Assist with minor food preparation, model lifestyle habits, and maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment. Collaborate with clinical staff on treatment plans, document progress notes, and utilize de-escalation or physical intervention skills as needed. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and Food Handler's Permit. Minimum 8-month commitment with hourly pay of $16.50 to $18.00 in Saratoga Springs, UT.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit before the first day of work
