Job Summary
Ensure banquet rooms are set according to event orders and management specifications, then welcome each guest with a smile and friendly greeting. Take orders from guests, deliver food and beverages, and return incorrect items to the kitchen. Clear tables as guests finish their meal, maintain menu knowledge, and adhere to brand standards and liquor policies. Clean designated areas, stock sideboards, and perform other assigned restaurant tasks. Must be able to lift trays up to 25 pounds and work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
