Take food and beverage orders, ensure items are prepared correctly, and return incorrect dishes to the kitchen. Deliver requested items, clear tables, and maintain stocked sideboards while adhering to brand standards and liquor policies. Clean designated areas, prepare silverware, and assist with other restaurant tasks as assigned. Must be able to lift 25-pound trays, work varied hours including nights and weekends, and operate a point-of-sale system.
