Job Summary
Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls. Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner while maintaining company standards and profit maximization. Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges per outlined policies. Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists while ensuring established pars are maintained. Know and comply with state liquor laws and perform all sidework duties according to schedules. Requires bartending training and certification, TIPS certification, and 6 months of bartending experience. Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages. Continuous standing required 100% of scheduled time; lifting 20-40 lbs and pushing carts up to 100 lbs. Starting rate $19.57/hour plus service charge and tips.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to ruse records and all special requests
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks at one time
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction in English
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to pay attention to sound and sight details in crowded and noisy situations
- Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations
- Must be able to accurately count cash
- Must be able to operate cash register
- Must be able to lift 20 -40 lbs
- Must be able to push carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar 50 -100 lbs
- Must be able to carry trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc. 20 -40 lbs
- Must be able to bend to lower level cabinets
- Must be able to lift trays
- Must be able to climb approximately 12 steps 20% of 8 hours
- Must be available for continuous standing 100% of the time scheduled
