Job Summary
Respond to triage calls and provide after-hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care plan updates at St. Croix Hospice's 24/7 care model. Develop and adjust individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. This 7 on/7 off schedule runs Monday-Thursday 5:00pm–8:00am and Friday 5 pm-Monday 8 AM. Requires current RN license, acute care experience, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Must be available for 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
- Must be available Monday-Thursday 5:00pm–8:00am
- Must be available Friday 5 pm-Monday 8 AM
