Job Summary
Be a San Diego, CA-based On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative responsible for driving distribution and volume growth across assigned accounts. Responsibilities include pursuing distribution opportunities, upselling multiple SKUs, collaborating with distributor managers, providing training on brand/product details, maintaining shelf standards and inventory, executing POS programs and promotions, tracking territory progress, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations. Requires 2-4 years sales experience in beer/wine/spirits, associates degree (bachelor's preferred), ability to lift 50+ lbs, valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and availability to work weekends/holidays. Role involves interfacing with distributors, retailers, and HQ, with a base salary of $70,304 and bonus potential; full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- 2-4 years demonstrated sales experience, preferably in beer, wine, or spirits
- Must live in assigned territory with access to reliable transportation – large vehicle preferred
- Must have valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle with clean driving record/background check
- Must be willing to travel within assigned sales region
- Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently
- Must be able to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as needed
