Job Summary
Pursue new distribution opportunities and secure multiple SKU placements in assigned on-premise and off-premise accounts. Collaborate with distributor partners to manage inventory, resolve out-of-stock issues, and maintain strict shelf standards per planogram guidelines. Provide product training on ingredients, brewing processes, and current trends while executing POS programs and educational presentations. Utilize online databases to track territory progress, manage budgets for monthly reconciliation, and ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and willingness to travel weekends and holidays. Associates degree required with 2-4 years sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- 2-4 years demonstrated sales experience
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must live in assigned territory with access to reliable transportation
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have registered and insured vehicle
- Must have clean driving record
- Must pass background check
- Must be willing to travel within assigned sales region
- Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently
- Must be able to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed
