Job Summary
Operate equipment in a FAB environment; man multiple machines; use computer-based programs for daily duties; provide machine coverage during breaks; log machines accurately; monitor equipment performance with timely communication to Lead; rotate 12-hour day/night shifts; run equipment per process specs and 6S; participate in on-the-job training and certification; receive clear pass-downs and provide feedback to leadership; identify hazards and follow safety protocols; wear clean room suit as needed; basic Microsoft Office and English literacy; high school degree or above; rotation between shifts (approximately 6–7 months) with day and night shifts (07:30–19:30 and 19:30–07:30).
