OMT Physician / ONMM / High Earning Potential / Flexible Schedule

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT/ONMM) Physician needed to join Evolutionary Healthcare's post-acute care team serving skilled nursing facilities across Florida as an independent contractor. Responsibilities include performing medical evaluations and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities, diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions with a hands-on, patient-centered approach, collaborating with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans and wellness strategies, and building long-term relationships with patients throughout assigned facilities. Qualifications include DO degree, board certification or eligibility, active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain), experience performing OMT/ONMM, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with electronic health records.
