Job Summary

OMS Account Manager responsible for identifying, coordinating, and executing hyperlocal events that align with our client’s growth strategy. Supports multiple sales organizations (MDU, Retail, D2D, B2B, SMB) and coordinates with Field Services to secure event opportunities, drive lead generation, and support on-site sales. Leads event planning and execution, develops partnerships with community stakeholders, ensures branding and ROI through staffing, materials, and training, and provides post-event follow-up. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to train sales teams on maximizing event opportunities and building community relationships, and the capability to analyze event performance and ROI for leadership reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in event coordination, sales, community engagement, sales operations, or related field
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for tracking leads and reporting
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed for events
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license in good standing within current residence state
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during events
  • Ability to move equipment, supplies and materials to set up events
