Job Summary
As a Selling and Support Captain at Macy's SouthPark Mall, you will lead colleagues in customer service, merchandising, and omni-channel selling, supervise the selling floor in delivering exceptional customer service, and drive store performance under People Leaders. You will role model customer-focused resolutions, promote the Macy's mobile app, educate colleagues on POS technology and RF equipment, and participate in opening/closing procedures while supporting merchandise standards and store operations. Advancement opportunities include Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager. Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, and 1–2 years of direct retail experience is preferred. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering a outstanding customer experience.
