Job Summary
Senior Product Delivery Associate in Omnichannel and Biometrics focused on delivering market-ready products. Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to improve delivery efficiency, supports change management across functional partners while ensuring risk/compliance requirements, raises blockers to secure resources, develops and maintains hardware deployment, biometrics, and merchant reporting, coordinates data strategy for rollout of merchants and forecasting, and partners with senior managers to deliver reporting and insights for payment application release planning.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Understand concepts of data mining/farming with proven track record in the data landscape
- Familiarity with profit & loss, inventory, and business case reporting
- Knowledge of data systems such as AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, and Python are required
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
