Job Summary
Monitor SLA, OTP, backlog, and operational issues across international warehouses to drive 3PL performance. Manage Amazon FBA and TikTok FBT operations, including replenishments, shipments, removals, and inventory discrepancies, while executing transfer and B2B orders across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and other markets. Own outbound reporting to turn daily KPIs into actionable insights and automate manual workflows using reporting tools, AI, and automation to increase efficiency. Protect inventory availability to support 99%+ in-stock coverage and coordinate high-impact events like Prime Day and BFCM with 3PLs and marketplace teams. Identify process gaps, implement solutions, and keep SOPs current to scale a more efficient global operation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems
- Strong Excel / Google Workspace capabilities, including databases, pivot tables, and formulas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience following, documenting, and improving operational processes and KPI routines
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams
- A strong bias toward execution, ownership, and follow-through
