Omnichannel Execution & Marketing Cloud Lead

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end omnichannel execution for customer journeys and Marketing Cloud operations in Türkiye. Own campaign setup, segmentation and performance tracking; build and maintain content calendars, governance and approval workflows; collaborate with marketing, medical, compliance, analytics and agencies to brief, review and deliver assets; use analytics to measure content/campaign performance and make data-driven improvements and personalization recommendations; manage vendors and delivery timelines to keep projects on schedule and budget; role is hybrid with in-country Türkiye base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM/Marketing Cloud operations, omnichannel execution or related roles
- Hands-on experience with a Marketing Cloud platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or other CRM/marketing automation tools
- Strong English and Turkish communication skills
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and with external agencies
- Good working knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret campaign data
