Job Summary
Define and evolve SEEK’s omnichannel architecture across voice and digital channels. Lead APAC-wide telephony consolidation and establish a scalable platform strategy. Design integration patterns across CRM, AI, data and engagement platforms. Embed AI, automation and agentic workflows into customer interactions. Enable metric-driven experimentation to surface what works and accelerate decision-making across channels and markets. Establish guardrails that enable speed without accumulating technical debt. Guide vendor and platform decisions for long-term architectural fit. Drive a cohesive omnichannel vision across teams, markets and products.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive omnichannel architecture experience at APAC scale
- Experience leading telephony consolidation
- Experience integrating AI, automation, modern CRM and Martech into real-world workflows
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across product, engineering and business
- Expertise in defining integration architecture across complex ecosystems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and delivering in fast-moving environments
