Job Summary
Omni/Ops Team Lead drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by coordinating inbound deliveries, processing orders, and overseeing outbound shipments. Leads the team in inventory accuracy, replenishment, and back-of-house organization, collaborating with merchandising and selling teams to achieve omni and operational excellence. Responsible for forecasting labor, planning workload, and coordinating weekly leadership meetings to ensure timely execution of omni/operations tasks. Focuses on vendor manifests, inventory controls, asset protection, safety, and delivering excellent customer service across store fulfillment, pickup areas, and in-store experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to push/pull receiving equipment weighing up to 500 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 16 years or older
