Job Summary
Omni/Ops Team Lead oversees inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, and store fulfillment; leads a team to achieve omni and operational objectives, handles inventory accuracy, replenishment, and facilities tasks; collaborates with merchandising and selling teams; uses planning tools to forecast unit projections and labor requirements; contributes to onboarding and coaching to boost team performance; maintains back-of-house organization, supports customer pickup areas, and ensures efficient, accurate processing of orders and shipments; emphasizes ownership, accountability, safety, and a positive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- leadership or supervisory experience
- ability to move around store areas and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to push/pull equipment up to 500 lbs
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficient with technology and planning tools
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- customer service excellence
- ability to learn and apply inventory and asset protection procedures
