Job Summary
Omni Experience Supervisor leads the club’s omni-channel operations under the Assistant Club Manager, directing the Omni team and driving departmental performance. Responsibilities include managing digital initiatives (BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, Ship from Club), coaching and developing team members, hiring and performance management, ensuring adherence to SOPs (BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside, Ship from Club), and delivering service excellence to members. The role requires strong data-driven decision making, communication with leadership, and building high-performing, inclusive teams to achieve productivity and profitability targets. Regular attendance and 18+ eligibility are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at minimum 1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting
- Goal setting for performance and meeting deadlines
- Organizing workflow
- Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Assistant Club Management
- Monitoring employee productivity
- Communicating with Club Leadership – relaying information
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including driving team member engagement, managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results
- Able to own and deliver against strategic initiatives and objectives
- Committed to driving outstanding service to all Members
- Open shift availability required
- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
