Job Summary
Pull merchandise from pick lists, move items from the sales floor to staging, and use handheld scanners to verify counts and update locations. Operate equipment to support digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Communicate inventory issues, expired items, and replenishment needs to the team while ensuring orders are picked timely to meet productivity metrics and service level agreements. Securely package orders, maintain a clean OMNI space, and handle returns in accordance with standard operating procedures. Work afternoon and Saturday shifts with full attendance. Previous order pulling and RF scanner experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available afternoons and saturdays
- Continuously requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds
- May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job
Desired Qualifications
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
