Job Summary
Lead omni-channel planning across offline and eCommerce to translate category and brand strategies into integrated omni-channel plans. Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales to align planning assumptions, priorities and execution. Develop category-management guidance (assortment, in-store layout, shelf layout) and ensure practical, clear execution standards. Drive pricing, promotion and performance tracking, maintain scoreboards and dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations for plan optimization. Coordinate shopper marketing and activation planning, build an integrated activation calendar, and ensure timely execution and post-campaign review. Enable cross-functional planning routines, escalate risks with clear analysis and proposed options, and influence senior stakeholders. Required understanding of China’s omni-channel landscape, strong analytical capability, project management, and stakeholder management skills; experience with data dashboards and performance tools; preference for backgrounds in consumer health, FMCG, retail, or adjacent regulated environments.
