Job Summary
Manage and maintain accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring all data input aligns with regulatory standards and secure submissions to the NYS OMH Platform. Compile monthly reports for the Office of Mental Health, track quality metrics, and coordinate billing to ensure compliance with tiered contact thresholds and allowable services. Provide calendar management, meeting scheduling, and clerical support to the CTI team while organizing files and facilitating communication with hospital systems and community stakeholders. Maintain confidential program records that meet audit requirements and assist in preparing documentation for CTI Self-Assessments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience
- Proficiency in using EHR systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Experience in a healthcare or social service setting
- Familiarity with secure file transfer systems and digital health platforms
- Knowledge of Medicaid billing practices and New York State OMH guidelines
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to interact professionally with the individuals we support and assist them with inquiries in person or over the phone
- Ability to multitask and prioritize items for completion
