OMF Financial Consultant (Worcester Mountain Mill)

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial education and to achieve lending, servicing, transactional banking and insurance sales targets through the marketing and selling of Old Mutual and its products. Meets monthly sales targets in terms of lending, transactional banking and insurance. Servicing of existing Old Mutual policies, processing loan applications with accuracy and compliance, explaining product terms, and facilitating client understanding of the loan process. Builds new business through internal and external marketing, lead generation and cross-sell; adheres to regulatory governance and risk controls; delivers excellent face-to-face and telephonic service, and strengthens relationships across business units. Responsible for daily production standards and quality service, including follow-up on missed instalments and educating clients on responsible credit use. Maintains professional image and ensures customer-focused service at all times.
