Job Summary
Conduct daily client service and financial education while meeting monthly sales targets for lending and other products. Manage collections and arrears targets, establish new business pipelines through lead generation, and educate clients on responsible credit use and money management. Adhere to internal, regulatory, and legislative governance to mitigate risk and facilitate intra-branch referrals. Deliver daily production standards and build sustainable relationships that enhance the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Matriculation Certificate (Matric)
- Ability to meet monthly sales targets in terms of lending and other products
- Ability to meet collections and arrears targets in terms of lending products
- Ability to educate clients on responsible use of credit and effective money management
- Ability to establish a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation and tracking
- Ability to adhere to internal, regulatory and legislative governances to ensure quality business and mitigate risk
- Ability to facilitate intra branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units
- Ability to provide excellent face to face and telephonic service to customers
- Ability to build sustainable relationships that enhances the brand
- Ability to deliver on daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards
