Job Summary
Provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and are individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts. Responsibilities include customer service activities and handling simple inquiries; assess compliance with standards for routine inquiries; receive visitors and refer complex matters; ensure CRM data accuracy and document follow-up actions; clarify customer requirements using a multilevel sales script; develop relationships through calls or in-person contact to allocated potential customers; provide a first point of contact for resolving customer queries; follow mandatory procedures to maintain quality and regulatory compliance; support routine business development tasks; identify potential customers through referrals; explore data and input into standard formats; demonstrate value of networking; and perform related competencies such as consultative selling and customer-focused activities.
