Job Summary
Ombudsman Specialist responsible for researching and resolving all BBB and Attorney General cases escalated to the Association; prepares well-written, member-focused responses; collaborates with senior leadership and across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals; analyzes data to generate reports and feedback for process improvements; manages high-priority escalations across multiple channels, prioritizes competing demands, and maintains attention to detail to protect the Association's reputation; requires Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in a correspondence/contact center setting, strong written/oral communication, and travel flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications
