Job Summary
Ombudsman Analyst focused on listening to customers and delivering practical solutions in collaboration with Legal and CSE teams; responsibilities include handling and responding to customer demands via Ombudsman channels, drafting responses to consumer regulatory portals (BACEN-RDR, consumidor.gov, PROCONs), managing administrative tasks with legal partners, advising on customer-related situations to the Customer Support Engineering Team, and coordinating with other teams to improve products and processes; requires excellent written and verbal Portuguese, intermediate English, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, familiarity with GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT) and experience with AI in customer service channels is a plus; location in São Paulo, Brazil.
