Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients’ homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Contribute to a clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Paid training is provided; opportunities begin as part-time roles with flexible scheduling, and prior experience is not required. This entry point into ABA aims to help children with Autism thrive and build real-world experience in psychology and behavioral health.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- No experience required
- Reliable transportation
