Job Summary

Drive operational excellence and efficiency for the North America OM&U team by performing site team performance reviews, developing staffing strategies, and deploying improvement programs. Establish key performance indicators to track maintenance metrics like on-time completion and quality while leading continuous improvement initiatives and lean kaizens. Support field operations for wind turbine electrical, mechanical, and BOP equipment by implementing safety processes, facilitating new manager training, and executing site startup activities. Standardize services across sites through genbas and problem-solving reports, then lead regular operations reviews with regional directors to ensure fleet potential. Develop and execute operational KPI recovery plans and improvement programs using tools like Salesforce and playbooks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a field services leadership role
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical field services
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations and/or business experience related to driving business operational objectives
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within the NAM region
  • Ability to and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to submit to a check of driving record

  • Advanced computer skills utilizing word and spreadsheet processing, e-mail programs, facility control and management systems, and computer diagnostic and troubleshooting tools
