Job Summary
Lead regional backlog management and order execution to drive equipment delivery and sales transfers, ensuring fulfillment is compliant and on time per customer requests. Manage inventory and obsolete/reserve stock while coordinating with Sales, Finance, and global logistics teams to optimize cost productivity and adherence to revenue recognition norms. Implement global order operations programs and drive Lean/Simplification projects to improve process effectiveness. Act as the single interface for modalities, HPM, and Finance regarding order execution matters. Requires Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years corporate experience, and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge. No relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or another related field
- Lean and Six Sigma knowledge
- At least 3-5years+ of experience in corporate environment
- Leadership skills to lead and influence teams and shape/lead growth vision and business strategy
- Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Analytical and process skills
- Experience in interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
- Communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
- Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
