Job Summary
Senior Product Owner responsible for gathering information, building business cases, and prioritising projects/enhancements for a telco/financial services product. Develop a functional product roadmap aligned to business strategy, manage change requests, and drive the product backlog with development teams. Lead artefact creation (user stories, requirements, use cases, personas, demos), communicate progress to stakeholders and executives, and foster a high-performance culture focused on exceptional outcomes. Demonstrates expertise in customer experience, end-to-end journey, UX/UI, agile practices (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), and stakeholder management; requires 7+ years of relevant experience and a track record delivering complex projects with agile teams.
