Job Summary
Provide end-to-end HR advisory services to Sales teams; develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, and compensation/benefits; deliver complex HR data analyses and insights to diagnose business issues and improve engagement and performance; manage employee relations casework, onboarding/offboarding, and retention strategies; maintain HR data collection tools and drive capability-building; travel for work and partner with leadership to execute People Plans.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in HR related studies (BCOM: HR Management, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, etc.)
- Proven HR Generalist consulting experience of 3 years or more
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services would be advantageous
- Experience supporting Sales & Distribution teams is advantageous
- NQF Level 7 - Degree, Advance Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate or equivalent
